Parking quickly became a hassle. the designated person watching the lot was rarely around, leading to long waits to access it. Even on returning during the day, the door was often shut, requiring multiple calls for assistance, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the kitchenette lacked basic utensils making meal preparation frustrating.

the hotel looked decent at first glance, but the bed was harder than a rock—definitely not suitable for side sleepers, just an absolute tragedy. also, the staff seemed too busy to address my misplaced request for a complimentary upgrade, which would have been a nice touch after the noise from other guests. such a missed opportunity.

The room was very big and cozy , had a kitchenette which was handy for making breakfast and late night snacks. Balcony was perfect for enjoying the quiet street while soaking up some sun.

Man, this spot was mad dope. Room was spacious, loved chillin' on the balcony for some people-watching. Kitchenette came in clutch for late-night snacks. Staff was super friendly and always had the beach towels ready. Only downside? A bit of street noise if ya keep the windows open. Overall, I ain't mad at all!

It was just a great match for a stopover in Playa del Carmen with incredible value for money. The roof terrace was super relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Don't forget your sunscreen before you head up there!
